The Quest Quik Pack is a flexible case packaging and pick-and-place system designed specifically for products in flexible and rigid packaging.

Using a FANUC vision system, the QX series identifies, locates and tracks products on the conveyor, eliminating the need for complex infeed systems and significantly reducing changeover time.

Originally developed for manufacturers seeking a compact automation solution for delicate, flexible-packaged items, Quik Pack offers high versatility and can be customized to handle even the most challenging products with precision and care.

Features & Specs

  • QX200 Dynamic Case Packing Software Designed to let users easily create and adjust pack patterns for both current and future products, improving flexibility and long-term usability.
  • Servo Side Drives Automatically adjust to the average of five cases to compensate for corrugate irregularities, applying positive pressure to ensure accurate product placement and reduce misalignment.
  • Split Voltage Cabinets High- and low-voltage components are housed in separate cabinets. This design allows safe access to the low-voltage cabinet without requiring arc flash training, protective gear or specialized personnel.
  • Advanced Vision System The integrated FANUC vision system identifies, locates and tracks incoming products on the conveyor, eliminating the need for complex infeed systems.
  • Minimal Changeovers The system can load both display-ready and flat-pack cases using the same robotic cell, with minimal changeover required for maximum efficiency.
