Our Quik Pack QP200 is a robotic top load case packer optimized for products in flexible packaging. The QP200 is available in a wide range of standard robotic options including Articulated Arms, Delta, and SCARA robots. Each application is reviewed by our robotic experts to select the optimal robotic solution based on the rate, payload, and reach characteristics of the package and case.

The QP200 utilizes QPack Casepacking Software to allow users to create pattern variations or design entirely new ones. The QPack graphical drag-and-drop interface makes it easy for users to create pack patterns with minimal training. This makes casepacking flexible packages a more reliable and user-friendly process.

Once the flexible packages are loaded into the case, Quest has a wide range of standard robotic palletizing solutions to further add efficiency, precision, and reliability to the end of line. The Box Bot QB300 series offers a wide variety of automated palletizing solutions for any application.
