After the order is placed with Quest, we assign a project manager to act as your single point of contact, develop and maintain the project schedule, and ensure all questions are addressed in a timely manner. The project manager works closely with the sales team to ensure that all information from the sales process transitions seamlessly to the operations team.
Our partnership continues through the machine fabrication to the factory and site acceptance testing. We work together at the onsite of the project to determine the criteria for success and ensure that we test to that criteria both at the factory and site testing. Working with sample product in both locations, we will work together to meet the success criteria and gain machine approval.
Our experts stay involved during the installation process, ensuring that your system is not only built correctly but also calibrated to exact specifications. Piece by piece you will see your robotic cell come together and we ensure that the equipment is installed in the proper location that will meet your needs and be the most efficient for your production goals. All of our customers see an increase in production almost immediately and many set records in their industry. The installation phase concludes with a complete test of the system so you can be confident it is running as intended. Next, we begin the training phase, which takes place during and after full production run-off.
