We purchased a FANUC LR Mate 200iB robot system from Quest in August 2008. The system was well designed, well executed, and exceeded our expectations in quality and completeness. Since that time, the system has performed flawlessly. While delivery of the system was important, the level of training provided by Quest has been excellent. Whenever we have had a question a phone call or email has provided a timely response.

Don Wickstrum and his staff are dedicated to satisfying our needs, and helping us enhance the system flexibility and value. They have worked with us to maximize our return on our investment, and continue to support our use of the robot, and the cell. I’m writing in regard to Quest Industrial and the work they performed for my company in July of 2008. The project contracted to Quest Industrial was a pick and place robotic work cell integrated with existing conveyor and AS400 information/communication systems.

The integration of the robotic work cell was successful on many levels. Quest Industrial was able to supply the entire project package meeting our stringent one-year return on investment.
